Elaine explored the range of options and selected a high-end, custom flooring concept,where polyurethane is literally "poured" to create a gorgeous, completely seamless, grey-blue floor throughout the client's apartment. Elaine developed the requirements and budget for the project, evaluated and selected vendors, and oversaw the implementation (pictured below).
