This mosaic panel is constructed of two layers. Marble and agate tile are first mounted on fiberglass mesh following the custom design.
When design is complete...the mesh-backed stone mosaic is attached with thin set and mechanical fasteners... to a high-density rigid foam backer board specially created to be water and weatherproof... making it the best choice for this type of outdoor mosaic application.
